Welcome to AnyTime Online!

Registered users who have AnyTime Deluxe or the 30-Day Trial Version of AnyTime can access bonus schedules and calendars from AnyTime Online.

1. Start AnyTime Deluxe.



2. Connect to the Internet using your own Internet browser software program, such as Internet Explorer , Netscape Navigator, or America Online.



3. From the AnyTime Deluxe File menu, choose AnyTime Online... (ALT+F, Y).


The AnyTime Online dialog will be opened.
4. Choose your Time Zone by clicking the appropriate selection.


AnyTime Online will try to identify your time zone by checking your system’s settings. Verify that the time zone selected is correct.


5. Click the Update List button.


AnyTime Online will automatically connect your computer to the Individual Software web site and you will see a list of the latest files available to you for downloading.


Note: A plus ("+") sign to the left of an item indicates that it is a folder with multiple items within it. Click the plus sign to expand the folder and see the individual items. The plus sign changes to a negative ("-") sign when the folder is expanded.



6. Click each item that you would like to download.


A checkmark will appear to the left of each selected item.


7. Click the appropriate button (Attach, Open, or Save To Disk) in the lower left-hand portion of the dialog box to select how you would like the file(s) downloaded.


All three options will save a copy of the downloaded file to your local hard disk.


Note: Clicking on the main group, indicated with a plus (+) sign next to the selection, will automatically select all the files in that category.



8. Click on the Download button to download the selected file(s).


Once the selected files are downloaded, the Status will indicate "List Updated."

Remember that attached files are provided for viewing only. You cannot edit or change the information in the attached file. To change information in the attached file, you will need to close your current file and open the attached file. Once the attached file is edited and saved, you can reopen your personal file and view the updated information.
